Based on our last Quarterly Meeting held on 18 January 2008, we formed the following working committees to facilitate respective activities in our Ministry:

Formation of  Committees

Three (3) committees will be formed namely:

    o        Development – recruitment and roster planning

·         Role, Policy and development of the Ministry

·         Recruitment

·         Roster planning and attendance

 

o        Spiritual & Faith Formation – spiritual activities

·         Planning and organising of Spiritual Activities

·         Faith Formation of wardens and their families

·         Prayer Group

 

o        Social – organize social & sports activities whereby family members can join in the fun

·         Planning and organising of social activities and sports

·         Family support for wardens and their families

         Following members will start planning activities for this year and put forward proposals and budget
         for each planned activity:

    o        Development – Eddie Samson, Irwin Chua and Cornelius Lee

    o        Spiritual & Faith Formation – Matthew Yu, Boni Soque and Ashley Tan

    o        Social – Michael Tan, May Gan, Jonathan Chow and Kenneth Lee
